RESERVATION CONDITIONS OF THE VISIT TO THE OLIVE GROVE
Once the payment has been made, to cancel the reservation the following conditions will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity, 100% of the cost of the reservation will be refunded.
- For cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the activity, 50% of the cost of the reservation will be refunded.
- For cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the activity, no refunds are allowed.
HOW TO BUY
1. Information about products
The information about the products, which includes descriptions, characteristics, photographs, videos, trade names, brands or logos or any other distinctive, will be shown to the client based on the material provided by Proyecto Los Aires.
2. Prices and shipping costs
The prices established by Proyecto Los Aires are indicated as retail price (RRP), as well as discounts on the final price. This price includes VAT, but does not include transport in all cases. Consult transport cost and exceptions when placing the order.

In the event that the Client detects any charge that is not appropriate in the account of the bank card used, they must contact Proyecto Los Aires as soon as possible, so that Proyecto Los Aires can take the pertinent actions.
Proyecto Los Aires will accept the cancellation of orders as long as the Client does so prior to the shipment of the product. Once the order has been shipped, for logistical reasons the order cannot be cancelled. In the event that the Customer wishes to return the product, he must do so through the standard return process.
Proyecto Los Aires undertakes to deliver the order to the address indicated by the Client when placing the order. Proyecto Los Aires will only deliver orders that are within Spanish territory and the European Union. The logistics provider will make a first delivery without prior notice in accordance with its distribution planning. In the event that the Client is not available at the delivery address provided in the order, the logistics provider will contact the Client to agree on a time slot and a new address if necessary. In the event that delivery is not possible because the Customer is not available, the logistics provider will contact the Customer again to inform them of the collection point where they can go to pick up the order. The added cost of any delivery after the second delivery will be borne by the Customer. The client has the obligation to review the product upon delivery and notify any disagreement that may exist with it on the delivery note itself. He must notify any type of damage that may be due to poor logistics management within the first 24 hours. Any damage detected after the first 24 hours will not be applicable to said logistics manipulation but to misuse by the Client.
In accordance with the current regulations agreed in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Client has the right to return their order within the first 14 business days from the delivery of said order, this being the constant in the delivery note. Proyecto Los Aires undertakes to make the payment of the order by the same means that the purchase was made within a period never exceeding 30 days as long as the product is perfectly closed and in the same conditions as it was sent.
