A walk through the grove with picnic
Would you like to find out more about the world of olives? Enjoy a stroll through our centuries-old olive grove, where we’ll show you what olive trees look like, explain how they came to the Iberian peninsula, and describe their important role throughout history.
You’ll have the chance not only to visit an organic olive grove but also to learn about the work we do throughout the year to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), with a particular focus on our chosen variety: Cornicabra.
It includes an olive oil tasting course! You can enjoy a picnic at the end of the route! 🙂
Tour + tapa and glass of wine (Not available)
After the stroll and tasting course, take a break under one of our centuries-old olive trees and enjoy a tapa of mature Manchego cheese. The cheese is produced at a family farm from their own sheep’s milk and is served with bread, olive oil and tomato.
The tapa is accompanied by a glass of wine from a local winery.

After your stroll through the olive grove and tasting course, you’ll enjoy a fantastic tasting menu consisting of six plates of farmhouse produce from the Toledo region, such as partridge pâté, tapenade, pumpkin morcilla (black pudding) and a special dessert paired with our olive oil.
The food is served with a wine from the local region.
