The olives we use to create this extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) come from a centuries-old, organic family farm in Toledo.
It’s a monovarietal oil made from 100% early-harvested Cornicabra olives, which are cold-pressed at a temperature of less than 20°C.
Recommended for dressing salads, open sandwiches and hot dishes just prior to serving.
